HVAC Project Designer

HVAC/ Mechanical CAD designer with at least 5 years experience in the design and layout of heating, air conditioning. ventilation, radiant applications, commercial piping/ refrigerant components. Must very extremely competent in building design and layout, heat gain/ loss calculation, blueprinting, manufacturer design limitations. Ability to draw in 3D, Flat pattern layouts and programming a plus. Must have HVAC design experience and understand how other trades integrate into our systems. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or similar

A minimum 5 years of full-time experience

Proficient mechanical design skills with AutoCAD, Wrightsoft, and other manufacturer specific design software programs.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work within and lead a cross functional team

Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools

Ability to convey complex, three-dimensional mechanical system to technical and non-technical personnel
