Can’t be stressed enough. Having regular cleanings, service work, and tune-ups will increase the lifespan of a system by many years. Sandwell offers several Preventative Maintenance Contracts which include the following, at minimum;Central A/C, Heat Pump, or Geothermal
Check thermostat settings Tighten and check all electrical components and connections Lubricate all moving parts Inspect condensate drain line Check all controls to the system Inspect ductwork and replace air filter Check refrigerant levels Inspect aux. heat (H/P & Geothermal Only) Water Sample (Geothermal Only)Gas Furnace or Boiler
