Sandwell is incredible at what they do. I had originally hired them to perform a task at my personal house but they John did such an amazing job that I now utilize them exclusively at my property management business. He is highly knowledgeable, very efficient, cost effective and easy to communicate with. Could not recommend highly enough!

John knows a lot about repairing central air conditioners. My house is 5 years old and I already need 2 parts which I found were covered by a warranty. John has been out to my house twice to get things working until I have the parts needed to fix. He is great and will continue to use his services.

John was professional, friendly, and did what he said he was going to do. Till John came along my water heater issue was ongoing for many months. Others had come by and solved the immediate problem but John got to the root of the matter, ordered a small part, installed it…ongoing issue solved. If any other issues crop up I will certainly give John a call.

I found Sandwell via Home Adviser after an unsuccessful attempt with another local contractor. Sandwell was punctual, courteous and most importantly, knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem, explained it to me thoroughly and fixed it. Took about an hour or so. My furnace is up and running. I took out a service contract with them after seeing the quality of their work. I highly recommend this company!

John with Sandwell came out on Saturday 11/26/16 to repair our home propane fired heating furnace. I was initially impressed with his immediately answering our service required phone call earlier that day. He then actually arrived an hour earlier than he committed to on that same day. He was fully competent on our system, and the service required. In addition to the required service, he gave us a full evaluation on our home heating system. Super good guy, professional & excellent service at a totally fair price, especially on a week-end! Highly recommended, and I now have my go to guy for future needs.

He arrived on time and was friendly and courteous. He care enough about my floors to put on shoe covers not to scratch my wood floors. I did not have to stand on guard with him to ensure he was cleaning the furnace because he was trustworthy! I took his business card and will be using them again.
